Introduction

For Elizabeth Gagnon, the path to purpose was never defined by a perfect career plan. It was shaped by lived experience, adversity, and the realization that silence can become its own kind of prison. What began as the sharing of one personal story gradually became something much larger: a space where other people could share theirs.

Elizabeth discovered that when one person finds the courage to speak, it can give someone else permission to do the same. There is no value in comparing one person’s chapter three with someone else’s chapter twenty.
